Precautions for individuals/families in case of pandemic flu emergency

This includes "worst case" preparations, which means being ready for "shelter-in-place" instructions to keep from being exposed to others in the community. We are nowhere close to that level, but living in Earthquake Country, most of these precautions are wise steps anyway.
