I have been following Casson Trenor's efforts to promote "Sustainable Sushi" and find his arguments most compelling. The bluefin tuna has been dangerously overfished, and I consider it no longer acceptable to order it at a sushi bar, and I have been actively encouraging sushi bars that I visit to stop serving it.
